If any provision of the terms of service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the terms of service remain in full force and effect.

Neither you nor Tellofy Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd may assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these terms of service without the prior written consent of the other party. You agree that your Tellofy.com account is non-transferable and any rights to your account or contents within your account terminate upon your death. Any account that has not been used for a certain period of timese may be terminated and all contents therein permanently deleted in line with Tellofy.com’s policy.
